For you who is ready to dig into the details of salsa! Not just another “footwork & combo” class, but a real training ground to improve your dancing. We will work on both solo and partnerwork exercises, through regular sequences but also with alternative exercises to create a focused and detailed training team.
ATTEND THESE CLASSES, IF YOU:
✓ Can lead/follow all kinds of combinations with a nice flow, use footwork and styling and feel confident and relaxed when you dance.
✓ Have very solid timing and can play with the music.
✓ Salsa dancing experience: 1-2 years or more. You have to at least have participated in our level 4 for several seasons or have extensive experience in cuban salsa. We expect you to dance on a very good level and to have clean basics.
IN THESE CLASSES YOU WILL LEARN:
✧ Focused technical training and advanced basics: all the “nerdy” exercises to lift your dance from the ground up.
✧ Longer and complex sequences in both solo and partnerwork
✧ How to dance some of the other dances in the salsa umbrella, such as son, rumba, chacha and L.A..
PRICE: 1.225,- kr. (995,- without VAT for people below 30 y.o.) for 9 lessons of 1 hour. (Discount: book 2 or more group classes in the same season and get 15% off! Use the coupon “discount15” in the checkout page. Note: we don’t offer discounts for couples).
WHEN: Thursdays, 17:50-18:50. From August 13th to October 8th, 2026.

NOTE: Teacher’s approval required; please contact us before signing up, if you haven’t been screened. Your registration may get cancelled if your level is deemed not fit for the group.
