Want to get back in shape and improve your flexibility? Join Silvana for a wonderful stretching & workout class, created for Salsa and Bachata dancers.

ATTEND THESE CLASSES, IF YOU:
✓ Want to take your dancing to the next level by improving your mobility and body movement
✓ Want to get in shape in a relaxed way
✓ Want your body to feel gooooood

IN THESE CLASSES YOU WILL:
✧ Stretch all the muscle groups, focusing on hip, shoulder and back flexibility as well as hamstring and other stretches important for dancers.
✧ Increase the range of your body movement and improve your splits and kicks
✧ Aim for long term gains on general flexibility, body stability and body control

PRICE: 360 kr. (6 lessons, once per week).
WHEN: Tuesdays, 17.15-18.15. From June 16th to July 21st, 2020.
WHERE: 
CSA studio – Room 1, Kastanie Alle 20 (1st floor), 2720 Vanløse.
INSTRUCTOR:
Silvana Teofilova.
ATTIRE:
 Comfortable, stretchy gym/yoga clothes. IMPORTANT: Bring your own yoga mat!
