Take this course if you
Dance at Improver level or higher, know the basic steps, and want to develop cleaner movement, better control and a more dynamic personal style.
Want to understand how to naturally integrate footwork and leader/follower styling into Salsa Partnerwork.
Have at least 2–4 months of salsa experience. A basic understanding of salsa and rhythm/timing is required – this class is not suitable for complete beginners!
On this course you will learn
A clear walkthrough of all the essential techniques that create flow, body awareness, elegance and polished movement in salsa.
Guided exercises and short combinations focusing on body isolations as well as footwork and turns.
How to connect your upper body, hips, torso and feet to achieve smooth, confident movement.
