Salsa Fusion

Come and dance with the fantastic and always-smiling Berta: get better at turns, balance, body control and footwork — everything that makes salsa more stylish, with a twist of reggaetón and urban flair. The tempo is relatively slow, but the energy level is high, with plenty of time to practise without having to think about a dance partner.

• Want to get better at using your body when you dance, and improve your balance and control of your feet.
• Would like to understand how to coordinate your movements and gain more confidence.
• Have salsa experience from 4 months and up. A basic understanding of salsa and timing is required.

• Basic body movement (hips, upper body, weight distribution, spotting) and reggaetón basics for salsa dancers.
• Becoming comfortable dancing solo and freeing your mind, so you can better focus on having fun!
• Footwork variations and the most commonly used steps in solo and partnerwork.
