Cuban Salsa
This course is a great way to get you introduced to salsa, and you will be able to dance at parties and events in no time!
IN THESE VIDEOS YOU WILL LEARN:
✧ The basics salsa steps and turns.
✧ Fundamental partnering techniques and roles.
✧ Understanding of salsa timing and rhythm, as well as posture and body movement.
✧ Most basic combinations in cuban style salsa.
CONTENT OF THE CLASSES:
Each salsa video lesson features two sections: footwork (steps) and partnerwork. First observe the moves you are going to learn, and then the instructors will break down and explain the techniques slowly so you can learn how to execute them. Remember to take your time to learn and practice the moves to gain confidence before moving on to the next lesson.
Lesson 1 – Introduction and the basics (22:33)
Lesson 2 – Turns, Dile que no (22:33)
Lesson 3 – Cuban style basics (22:33)
Lesson 4 – Musicality, Enchufla (22:33)
Lesson 5 – Setenta y cinco and sum-up (22:33)
LEVEL: Beginner. No previous experience in salsa or other dance is required.

ATTIRE: Comfortable, stretchy gym/yoga/dance clothes. SHOES: Dance shoes. Otherwise, any comfortable shoes, with somewhat slippery soles.
